The standard for overhead testing in strongman competition, the log is a beast in it's own realm. Named after the giant timber's used in days gone by, the steel version is just as brutal and unwieldy, but a bit more user friendly than an entire tree trunk

219mm diameter main tube, the standard width in strongman for women

60cm standard grip spacing, and 80cm wide grip

34kg unloaded weight, 160kg max weight (additional plates loaded outside of the main tube)

Constructed from a minimum of 5mm thick steel, with double cantilevered weight pins, the log is designed to go into hell with you, and come back unscathed
