If you change your mind about a product you have purchased we are happy to offer a store credit based on the following:

  • all returned equipment, accessories or apparel is unused
  • all items are in their original packaging
  • return is submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • all shipping costs are at the expense of the customer

Please do not send a return until it has been approved by Stand or Submit. It is important to note that we only offer replacements/refund for items with manufacturing faults. Once your item has been received and approved for return, your credit can be processed.

From time to time goods don’t turn up in the condition we sent them in, or they may have a manufacturing fault. Should you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, please contact us with your concerns and we will determine the best course of action to get you up and running as quickly as possible. This may be in the form of an on-site fix, a replacement part or entire product being shipped (at our expense) or in some cases a refund. Depending on the size of product and your location, we will arrange collection of the faulty product.

We build our equipment to meet the rigours of Strongman training, and occasionally we can overlook a detail that requires fixing. Conversely, not even the strongest products are indestructible if abused, and we can tell the difference between genuine failure and misuse/mistreating of equipment. All faults will be checked on a case by case basis.
