Our external end cap method channel's all of the force of the dumbbell being dropped from over head into the heavy duty cap, rather than into the bell. It has been proved by the best, at the heaviest weight's in the world. 

Range of 3 size's to suit your demands

The standard 12 inch is a monster, able to be loaded with some 10kg plates for the heaviest lifts, and is now the standard for men in high level competition.

55kg empty, loadable to 150kg+, depending on available plate thickness.
