The standard for overhead testing in strongman competition, the log is a beast in it's own realm. Named after the giant timber's used in days gone by, the steel version is just as brutal and unwieldy, but a bit more user friendly than an entire tree trunk

323mm diameter main tube, this is another level of awkward above even the standard log

75kg unloaded weight, 250kg max weight (additional plates loaded outside of the main tube)

Constructed from 6.4mm thick steel, with double cantilevered weight pins, and additional bracing on the center tube, the monster log will destroy anything in its path, the user included
